Presenter: Terrance Jacobs, CEA

Terrance Jacobs is the CEO of TCL Asset Group Inc., located in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from York terrance jacobsUniversity in 1990 with a BA in Sociology. He continued his education at the State University of New York where he completed a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning. He is the past president of the Industrial Auctioneers Association and currently sits on that Board of Directors of the IAA, MDNA and AMEA. Terrance is a certified appraiser and auctioneer. His specialty is asset advisory services both in urban centers and remote geographical locations. He is married to wife Andrea, and has a 18 year old son named Jordan and 16 year old daughter Sydney.
