Registration is now open for the 2026 AMEA Appraisers' Forum taking place March 11-13, 2026 in Detroit, MI
This year's Forum will include a 7-hour USPAP course, industry presentations, hands-on training at Tramar Industries, and great tours.

Wednesday, March 11th
- 9:00am – 5:30pm: 7- hour USPAP Course
- 6:00pm: Welcome Reception and Dinner sponsored by Maynards Group of Companies
Thursday, March 12th
- 8:00am – 4:00pm: Industrial presentations, hands-on machinery appraising, and industry tours at Tramar Industries.
- 5:00pm: MDNA Chapter Meeting at The Yard at Corktown
Friday, March 13th
- 8:00am – 1:00pm: Tour of LIFT – Detroit and Chelsea Milling Company
USPAP Course
Pricing includes a PDF copy of the USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual. You must bring your own copy of the 2024 USPAP book to this course. This is the same book used if you took this course in 2024 or 2025. If you do not have a copy of this book, please get in touch with the AMEA office. This course will be taught by R. Lee Robinette, an AQB Certified USPAP instructor with a background in machinery and equipment appraising. Lunch will be provided, but breakfast will not.
Note: This course does not meet the Appraisal Foundation's USPAP continuing education requirements for Real Property appraisers, and state licensing or certification credit will not be given for either of these courses.
